ABOUT YOUR ORDER
All of our products are FINAL SALE, (no returns) however, that doesn't mean that you are left out in the cold. Contact us and we will surely find a solution to make you happy and keep you as a valued customer. We recommend that upon receipt you do a skin test to ensure that you do not have any reactions to your new products.
SHIPPING
We ship all of our order via the USPS. Your order will ship priority mail. We can not replace lost or stolen orders. Please be sure to track your package. We require 48-72 hours to process your order. This includes your time with our scent consultants to help you create a fragrance. You should receive your order within 7 business days.
LIVE IN CHICAGO?
We can deliver your products to your door within 72 hours of placing your order. Just mention to your scent consultant that you'd like hand delivery and we will make it happen.
